This data logger cradle, equipped with ThermaData Studio PC software and a start magnet, comes with a one-meter PVC lead. Connecting the ThermaData logger to a PC is seamless via the USB cradle. Once connected, the relevant icon allows users to download and display data as a graph, table, or summary. Analysis is easy with options to zoom in, save to disk, or export as a text (.txt) file compatible with other software packages.
The ThermaData Studio PC software simplifies the process further, providing a range of functions. Users can connect the logger to a PC through the USB cradle and, with a simple click, download and display data in various formats. The software supports graph, table, or summary views, and the information is easily analysed by zooming in, saving it as a Studio File, or exporting it as a text (.txt) or Excel (.xls) file for use with other software packages.
The software offers additional features, such as displaying two traces with customisable trace colours on a graph. Thumbnails of all files allow for quick identification. Compatible with all ThermaData loggers, the software is powerful and sophisticated yet user-friendly. It facilitates the organisation and analysis of temperature data, providing valuable management information.
Users can program logging sample/interval rates (ranging from 0.1 to 255 minutes), set the real-time clock, choose between °C or °F, implement a delayed start (up to 23 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds), or opt for a magnetic start. Additionally, a 32-character user ID can be included for each logger. The continuous logging option ensures that the ThermaData logger only needs to be started once, with no need to reset parameters, even with regular downloads. Unlike many low-cost loggers, the ThermaData logger continues recording during and after data download.
The ThermaData Studio software, included with each USB cradle, goes a step further by offering the capability to send SMS text messages to up to four numbers simultaneously from the computer when alarm limits are exceeded. This feature ensures timely receipt of critical alarm information, enhancing its value to businesses. Please note that at least one ThermaData logger cradle must be ordered when initially ordering loggers.
