The Kewtech Fuse Finder comprises a transmitter and receiver, both equipped with a mains lead.
Transmitter: Connects to the circuit to be traced using either the mains lead or fused test lead set. Powered directly from the supply, eliminating the need for batteries. It injects a signal into the circuit, detected by the receiver at the fuse board.
Receiver: Auto-tunes when scanning a bank of fuses/MCBs, requiring at least two scans to adjust sensitivity. This ensures detection of the strongest signal and identification of the correct fuse for the tested circuit.
A two-piece kit, it includes a mains lead for socket outlets, with optional ACC016E test leads available for testing lighting circuits.
