The Gourmet folding probe thermometer is a water-resistant and user-friendly tool designed for monitoring cooking, cooling, and food-holding temperatures, making it an ideal choice for HACCP and health and safety protocols.
It can measure temperatures ranging from -39.9 to 149.9 °C with a 0.1 °C/°F resolution. The thermometer has two push-button switches, on/off and hold.
Featuring a stainless steel food penetration probe (Ø3.5 x 110mm), the Gourmet thermometer offers convenience as the probe easily folds back into the side of the instrument when not in use. The probe can rotate 180 degrees, allowing for safe transportation. The improved battery life of up to 5000 hours ensures longevity, with an automatic power-off feature after ten minutes.
The Gourmet thermometer is available in six colours and is suitable for different food types or preparation areas. The CalCheck function allows users to verify the thermometer's accuracy at any time by pressing both the 'on/off' and 'hold' buttons simultaneously during startup, providing confidence in the accuracy of measurements.
