Description

The MicroCal 3 thermocouple simulator streamlines the regular verification of thermometer accuracies, making it a simple, routine task. This thermometer calibrator is specifically crafted to emulate a selected temperature, facilitating the testing or recalibration of standard K, J, or T thermocouple thermometers effortlessly without requiring additional specialised equipment or conversion tables. Its features include a customised 10mm LCD display with an alpha-numeric display line that guides the user during parameter changes. Users can select various parameters such as °C/°F, auto power off (enable/disable), CJC (internal/external), and display contrast adjustment.

The MicroCal 3 boasts 23 fixed temperature points for type K thermocouple, spanning from -100 to 1200°C, including increments like -50, -20, -10, 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 80, 100, 150, 195, 250, 300, 400, 500, 600, 800, 1000, and 1200°C. To enhance convenience, each MicroCal comes with a one-meter PVC lead featuring a miniature thermocouple connector, along with a five-point UKAS Certificate of Calibration. This certificate details deviations from standards at various points, ensuring precision in temperature measurements.
