Needle Penetration Temperature Probe - This fast response, stainless steel, needle penetration probe has a small handle and is suitable for temperature measurement of both liquids and semi-solids including delicate foods, soft rubber/ plastic etc.   The probe has a rapid  response time of less than two seconds. Maximum probe temperature 250 °C. Probe dimensions 1.8 x 100mm. Fits a wide range of ETI thermometers.
