Featuring a large and easy-to-read LCD display, the Therma K Metal measures temperature over the range of -99.9 to 1372 °C, or -99.9 to 999.9 with a 0.1 °C resolution, auto-ranging to 1 °C resolution over the range of 1000 to 1372 °C.
Equipped with an auto-power off function, the thermometer automatically shuts down after ten minutes, extending battery life. The on/off button and display hold facility are conveniently located at the front of the instrument, and the secure battery compartment, with a waterproof cover, is positioned at the base of the instrument.
