Description
The ThermaData TD data logger features a 10mm LCD screen for visual confirmation of temperature readings. It incorporates an internal NTC thermistor sensor measuring over the range of -30 to 85 °C and capable of recording up to 4000 readings. Housed in a waterproof, ergonomic case designed to meet IP66/67 protection standards, the TD data logger communicates via a USB cradle provided with the ThermaData® Studio Software. Note that when ordering loggers, it is necessary to include at least one ThermaData® logger cradle.
The ThermaData logger Mk2 series encompasses a comprehensive range of portable data-loggers utilizing the latest in electronic technology. These loggers are housed in waterproof, ergonomic cases designed for IP66/67 protection. The ThermaData logger Mk2 range provides the option of blind data-loggers or those with an LCD display. Additional options include internal and external temperature sensors/probes, with external probes available in fixed or detachable configurations via a waterproof three-pin connector. Remote temperature probes come with PVC/PFA (fixed) or PUR/PVC (detachable) leads of varying lengths. Each logger incorporates red and green LEDs, with the green LED indicating active/logging status and the red LED signaling exceeded preset alarms. Communications occur via a USB cradle supplied with the ThermaData Software. Note that when ordering loggers, it is necessary to include at least one ThermaData® logger cradle.
ThermaData® Studio PC software connects the ThermaData logger to a PC through a USB cradle. Data can be downloaded and displayed as a graph, table, or summary by selecting the relevant icon. The information is analyzable by zooming in, saving as a Studio File, or exporting as a text (.txt) or Excel (.xls) file to other software packages. The software includes functions such as displaying two traces on a graph with user-selectable trace colors. All files are viewable as thumbnail icons for easy identification. Compatible with all ThermaData loggers, the software is powerful and sophisticated yet user-friendly, enabling the organization and analysis of temperature data for comprehensive management information. It allows users to program the logging sample/interval rate (0.1 to 255 minutes), the real-time clock, °C or °F, delayed start (maximum 23 hours, 59 minutes and 59 seconds), or select a magnetic start option. Users can also include a 32-character user ID for each logger. Selecting continuous logging in the software options allows users to start the ThermaData logger only once and never have to reset its parameters again, even with regular downloads. Unlike most low-cost loggers, the ThermaData logger continues recording during and after downloading data. The ThermaData Studio software is supplied with each USB cradle. Note that when initially ordering loggers, it is necessary to include at least one ThermaData logger cradle.
