Supplied in packs of 40, our Drizit Extreme maintenance absorbent super socks are manufactured from polyester thread that is knitted to enable the sock to stretch as the absorbing material swells.
Suitable for most water, oil and solvent based liquids the increased absorbing capacity of this sock is due to the mix of highly absorbent cellulose fibre and super absorbent polymer. As the super absorbent makes contact with the spilt liquid it swells in size enabling more liquid to be absorbed.
This mix gives our maintenance super sock a greater absorbency than standard socks.
Use:
- For diverting or "pooling" spills
- Placing alongside or around machinery, tanks or drums
- To prevent any leaks spreading across the floor
