The Fluke FEV300 EV Charging Station Test Adapter kit with a Type 2 connector is engineered to comprehensively test Mode 3 AC charging stations, ensuring function and safety. This versatile adapter simulates an electric vehicle, initiating a charging cycle and activating voltage and current output, facilitating a range of tests when paired with instruments such as the Fluke 1664 FC installation tester or the Fluke 120B Series ScopeMeter®. Designed to comply with IEC/EN 61851-1 and IEC/HD 60364-7-722 standards, the FEV300 ensures accurate and reliable testing.

Connecting seamlessly to EV charging stations with a Type 2 socket outlet or vehicle connector via the FEV300-CON-TY2 Type 2 Plug, this all-in-one adapter allows for ground fault checks, wire insulation testing, voltage measurement, and duty cycle analysis to determine the maximum current available for charging. It safely integrates with the extensive Fluke test and measurement tools portfolio. The adapter also features CP (E) and PE (Earth Fault) error simulation and phase indication via three LED lamps, simplifying voltage presence checks. By mimicking an electric vehicle, the FEV300 eliminates the need to bring an actual EV onsite, streamlining performance and maintenance testing for charging stations.
