The Food Simulant Temperature Probe has a PTFE insulated lead and connector, available in one, three, or five-meter options. Designed for refrigeration and food storage applications, this polypropylene probe mimics the temperature of foods in chill cabinets and similar appliances. It has a temperature range of -20 to 100°C, with an accuracy of ±0.5°C (type K) from 0°C to 100°C and ±0.2°C (type T) from -20°C to 70°C.
