The MicroCal 2 thermocouple simulator streamlines the regular verification of thermometer accuracies, turning it into a simple routine. This thermometer calibrator is specifically engineered to emulate a user-selected temperature, facilitating the testing or recalibration of standard K, J, or T thermocouple thermometers swiftly and effortlessly without requiring additional specialized equipment or reference tables. The MicroCal 2 is equipped with a customized 10mm LCD display featuring an alpha-numeric display line that guides the user during parameter adjustments. Users can select various parameters, such as °C/°F, auto power off (enable/disable), CJC (internal/external), and display contrast adjustment.
For added convenience, the MicroCal 2 calibrator simulator includes 12 preset temperatures for type K thermocouple, ranging from -20 to 1000°C. Users have the flexibility to modify and save any of these temperatures according to their preferences, while the factory default temperatures can be easily recalled at any time. Each MicroCal comes with a one-meter PVC lead featuring a miniature thermocouple connector and is accompanied by a five-point UKAS Certificate of Calibration. This certificate details deviations from standards at different points, ensuring the reliability of the calibration process.
