Encased in rubber armour and featuring hardened, scratch-resistant glass, the PAT100s are exceptionally durable instruments. Their battery-powered operation makes them well-suited for locations without access to electrical power or where it might be inconvenient or unsafe, such as building sites and warehouses. Furthermore, the PAT100 series adheres to all UK and European standards for electrical safety testing.
Within this series, there are three distinct testers:
PAT120: This uncomplicated PAT tester conducts Class I, Class II, and power and extension lead testing with fixed pass limits. With two insulation test voltages, it is suitable for testing IT and surge-protected equipment.
PAT150: Offering comprehensive functionality, this PAT tester includes portable RCD (PRCDs) testing at 10 mA and 30 mA, separate tests for continuity, insulation, mains-powered leakage testing, and SELV measurements using the "quick test" (QT) button. Additionally, it can be utilised for testing fixed appliances.
PAT150R: This version is a rechargeable iteration of the PAT150, providing added convenience.
