Following the Food Standards Agency's recommendation of thorough cooking, this probe helps you avoid the risk of consuming harmful bacteria. Its unique tip design allows precise insertion into the burger patty's interior, accurately determining the ideal cooking point. The 12mm stainless steel disc ensures consistent insertion depth (choose between 6mm or 12mm) every time.
Simply insert the probe until the disc touches the burger's surface, indicating it has reached the perfect temperature. Choose from two versions to accommodate different burger thicknesses: 123-745 with a 6mm insertion tip and 123-746 with a 12mm insertion tip. The stainless steel section of the probe measures 4.5mm OD x 45 (45° bend) x 160mm, while the measurement tip is 1mm OD x 6 or 12mm.
