This innovative thermometer eliminates the need for expensive and imprecise test strips and stem thermometers that struggle to stay in place and fail to capture temperature accurately at the plate surface. Designed to withstand the rigors of daily use in professional kitchens, the DishTemp dishwasher thermometer displays temperatures within the range of 0 to 90 °C, with a resolution of 0.1 °C/°F and an accuracy of ±0.5 °C. Featuring a robust water-tight seal, the DishTemp is waterproof up to IP66 and comes with a complimentary traceable calibration certificate, calibrated at a single point (71°C).
