These stainless steel penetration probes are ideal for continuous monitoring during cooking processes in ovens and similar applications
Supplied with a 1.2 metre stainless steel braided PTFE lead (133-615/625/635), and a 1.2 metre stainless steel braided fibreglass lead (133-610/620/630). Three probe lengths are available ø3.5 x 60, 115, 305mm.
Ideal for use with the ThermaQ2 thermometer.
