The Thermapen® Air industrial thermometer, equipped with a fast-response air probe, proves invaluable in swiftly determining the accurate air temperature, particularly in HVAC, laboratory applications, and other temperature-sensitive work environments. Featuring a large digital display, the Thermapen® Air thermometer provides a precise read-out within the range of -49.9 to 299.9 °C, with a 0.1 °C resolution and an accuracy of ±0.4 °C. The resolution can be adjusted to 1 °C, if needed, through a switch in the battery compartment. To conserve battery life, the thermometer automatically powers off after ten minutes, a feature that can be disabled if not required.
Low battery (icon) and open circuit indications are also displayed when applicable. Each Thermapen® is powered by two lithium coin cell batteries with a minimum life expectancy of 1500 hours. The thermometer probe conveniently folds back through 180 degrees into the side of the instrument when not in use. The washable casing, enriched with 'Biomaster' additive, reduces bacterial growth, while the ergonomic rubber seal minimises the risk of water, dust, or food ingress.
