The Calibration Water Bath is a compact, precise, and dependable system designed to calibrate thermometers and temperature probes through the comparison method. Operating within the range of 25 °C to 95 °C, it ensures temperature accuracy of ±1 °C (+25 to 70 °C)* and stability of ±0.1 °C, with bath uniformity of ±0.1 °C from the center to any corner.
The user-friendly LED display requires minimal setup. The stainless steel bath has a 5-liter capacity and a variable flow/speed pump (0 to 20 liters per minute). It's advisable to use a Reference thermometer as a calibration reference for optimal accuracy checks. For continuous use in the temperature range of 25 to 60 °C, fill the bath with distilled water; for 60 to 80 °C, use a 15% glycerine water solution, and for 80 to 95 °C, opt for a suitable silicone oil. Each bath has a lid, drain tap, and carry handles.
